Prepare for a gastronomic experience with our menu dedicated to the flavors of the sea: a journey that highlights the freshness of raw seafood, the delicacy of lobster, and the tradition of zampone.

- New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner:
- Welcome Aperitif;
- Raw seafood selection (Mango-marinated tuna with fruit, vegetables and ginger mayonnaise; Dentex “Campari Orange” and avocado; Red prawn with stracciatella, confit tomato and black olives; Cuttlefish and langoustines in lime and green apple broth; Octopus with spelt polenta, chicory and cooked grape must)
- “Verrigni” calamarata pasta with fresh lobster sauce and monkfish tail
- Roasted sea bass fillet with Hokkaido pumpkin purée, turnips and coffee
- Zampone sausage and lentils

- Christmas sweets
- Fresh seasonal fruit
- Beverages included: Pecorino wine “Santapupa La Quercia” (one bottle per four people), midnight sparkling wine (by the glass), mineral water and coffee.
- Live music with the band Radio Vintage (until around 01:00). Afterwards, for those who wish, pre-sale tickets for nightclubs: Plaza (Tortoreto, 12 km) or Cerchio 9 (Teramo, 18 km).
